What is your returns policy?
We only accept exchanges. Only from the $200 price range. Any other are personalized and will not be returned.
I’m having problems placing my order, what can I do?
If problems do occur, please contact us immediately. We have a 24/7 service available. Please be advised if there is no answer in a 30 min period, the page might be down for maintaince. Thank You.
My order has not arrived, how can I get assistance?
Do not worry. Assistance is on the way. Please feel free to call any time of the day. You should have received a confirmation number as soon as your payment went through. And another confirmation from UPS or FedEx. Please have confirmation ready when calling. If you did not receice confirmation number, the payment has not been accepted. Thank You.
